Principal

As the principal of Bancroft Lawyers, Anita Aarons brings solid business skills and extensive legal experience to private and commercial clients across Melbourne.

An accountant, lecturer and entrepreneur, Anita managed her own successful accounting firm before completing a Juris Doctor (JD) at Melbourne University and embarking on a career in law. She subsequently completed a Masters in Taxation and is now a recognised leader in her field.

As well as being one of Melbourne’s foremost tax lawyers, Anita consults on a variety of areas including Property Law, Family Law and Employment Law. Her clients benefit from a well-rounded approach that enables her to evaluate their requirements from a number of legal and strategic perspectives.

She welcomes the opportunity to take a pro-active role in helping clients achieve their goals and prides herself on providing no-nonsense legal advice in a refreshingly approachable manner.
